    Once the team approves you, create referral codes in your portal. Each one decides how much of your 20% goes to the customer — a percentage or a flat amount — and for how long.

    Share your link, or add ?ref= and your code to any verbacall.com page. Signups within 30 days of a click are credited to you.

  4. Get paid

    Commissions clear after a 30-day hold. Then request payment on each one — no approval queue to wait in.

The rules, in plain words

  • 30-day hold. New commissions wait 30 days to cover refunds. After that they are yours to claim — nobody has to approve them.
  • Your codes, your offer. Make as many referral codes as you like. Each one sets its own customer discount — a percentage or a flat amount — and how many months it runs.
  • A flat discount is capped at your rate. Give $50 off and a small plan simply gives whatever your 20% covers, rather than costing you more than you earn.
  • Last click wins. If a customer clicks more than one partner's link, the most recent one gets the credit.
  • Refunds reverse commission. Paid-out commission on a refunded payment comes off your next payout.
  • No self-referrals. Signups with your own email or account are not credited.
  • Calculated before tax. Commission is a share of the plan price, before tax.

Common questions

Who can join the VerbaCall affiliate program?
Anyone who works with businesses that live on the phone: CRM consultants, marketing agencies, coaches, team leaders and software reviewers. Every application is reviewed by the VerbaCall team before your referral link goes live.
How much commission do I earn?
Up to 20% of every payment a referred customer makes, counted from their first payment. That 20% is a pool you share: whatever discount you choose to pass on to the customer comes out of it, and you keep the rest. Commission is calculated on the plan price, before tax.
Does the person I refer get anything?
That is up to you. You create your own referral codes and decide how much of your 20% each one passes on — as a percentage or a flat amount like $50 off. By default it is 10% off, leaving you 10%. Give away more to convert better, or nothing at all and keep the full 20%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
How long does the discount and the commission run?
You choose, per code — by default 12 months. The customer keeps their discount and you keep earning for the same period, so both halves of the offer start and end together.
How long do I have to convert a click?
30 days. If someone clicks your link and creates a VerbaCall account within 30 days, the account is credited to you. If they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent link gets the credit.
When and how do I get paid?
Each commission is held for 30 days to cover refunds. After that it is yours to claim — nobody has to approve it — and you request payment on that commission from your affiliate portal. We send it by PayPal, Stripe or bank transfer.
What if my flat discount is bigger than the plan allows?
It is capped at your 20% rather than going over. A $50 code against a small plan gives the customer whatever your 20% covers and earns you nothing on that sale — the discount never costs more than your rate.
What happens if a referred customer gets a refund?
The commission on the refunded payment is reversed. If it was already paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
Can I refer my own account?
No. Signups that use your own email address or account are not credited as referrals.
